1. About the Service

Português com Diego is an individual online Portuguese tutoring service operated by Diego, based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Lessons are conducted via video call platforms (such as Google Meet, Zoom or similar), agreed upon between teacher and student prior to the first session.

2. Booking & Payment

• Lessons must be scheduled in advance via the contact form or direct message.
• The introductory lesson (30 minutes) is available at a one-time price of $5 USD for new students only.
• Regular lesson prices are: 30 min ($10), 45 min ($13), 60 min ($15).
• Payment details will be agreed upon directly between teacher and student prior to the lesson.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the lesson being charged in full.
• The teacher reserves the right to reschedule lessons in case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, with as much notice as possible.

4. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Be respectful and courteous during all sessions
• Arrive on time for scheduled lessons
• Not record sessions without prior written consent from the teacher

The teacher reserves the right to terminate a session and refuse future bookings if a student behaves inappropriately.

5. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, content, and resources provided by the teacher are for the student's personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is the property of Português com Diego and may not be copied or reused without permission.
